Why Does Haiti Needs A Prime Minister?

Someone please explain to me why we need both a president and prime minister in Haiti.

It makes no sense at all. Why do we need 2 heads of state?

As far as I know, it's either you have one or the other.

You cannot have 2 people fighting for power.

This system is only there to create and promote division.

I hope they change the system to having just a vice-president appointed by the president without the need to go to parlement for approval.

Haiti is in such a mess right now because of this ridiculous system.

We need to change that NOW!
