Rwanda sample will help alot

Dear President Martelly,

I would like to get your attention.

I have been in Rwanda for the last 3 years and I saw what a government can do, if the government love his people.

First, everyone must be accountable and responsible for everything they are going to do.

Second, first world countries share and copy others where they succeed and apply it base our their culture, knowledge, etc...

It will be good if Haitian could share and copy what Rwanda government has done for their people.

We can say that Rwanda is a new country, just 17 years old, but look they even helping Haiti with their police.

I hope your government will listen and see what other countries have done and apply it to Haiti
