Mr. Martelly,

I recently read an article on Al Jazeera English that's not too flattering of you. Now I know you wrote an "I Don't Care" album, but I would think a man in your position had better start caring what other people thought if you're going to lead a country.

Probably the most concerning thing that I read in the article was that you wish to bring back Haiti's army, and in a way that seems almost too reminiscent of the Tonton Macoutes.

I have a rather novel idea, how about this time, Haiti has an army that actually serves its' people, instead of being used as a club against them?
