Lucienne, that is what I am talking about...Having ..not..lived in a State of Laws for a long time can have a profound and disastrous effect in the minds of the Citizens.

To be frank we saw the same things under Duvalier.

I remember Roger Lafontant killed a poor guy in Ruelle Piquant next to the Cine Triomphe on the one way street there.

Gros Joel just came out and dragged his body to the side of the road.

Then came the Frap Criminals and in downtown it was total chaos...

Then came the Zulu guy Aristide with Chimeres using black tainted cars to bypass Police barricades for their fast trip to the Airports and else, then came that fat Latortue who used to stop Turgeau traffic to make his way...

And now Ti Simone and his tugs led by gros Roro are just following their steps
