I disagreed with you Kamoken Scandinavia The problem is not inherent to Haitian culture alone although you rightly pointed out its African root.
Take for instance when people are waiting for a bus, in a white community every body will form one line and wait for their turn before boarding the bus. In a black community they form a thick crowd at the anticipated bus entrance door, watching each other with anticipation to outsmart each other when the bus arrive.
